I’m Niamh! I’m a proud cat mum to my beloved Meeko and Jett and have grown up surrounded by cats, dogs, rabbits and other small animals. Caring for animals has always been my passion, which led me to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management and gain a Pet Sitting & Dog Walking certificate.

Along with volunteering in the animal care industry, I have also worked professionally in a busy boarding kennels & cattery (with a dog rescue attached), where I quickly progressed to Senior Kennel Hand. I now offer professional, loving pet sitting through Cat in a Flat.

With over 7 years of professional animal care experience, and much more in personal experience, I can look after cats, dogs and other small pets, administer non-injectable medications, and adapt to suit both nervous and confident personalities alike. Your pets will always be treated like family while in my care.

Daily photo updates are available for peace of mind, and I’m happy to help with extras such as watering plants, collecting post, or putting bins out if requested.
