Let me introduce myself! I’m Niamh, owner of The Whisker Pack.

I have been a cat owner for 9 years to my two beautiful boys Meeko and Jett. Prior to this I have grown up with family pets including cats, dogs, rabbits and other small animals ever since I was born. I also grew up looking after neighbours pets with my parents and then on my own as I got older.

Following on from my GCSE’s I decided to enroll on an Animal Management course and graduated with a Distinction. I then went on to work in a boarding kennels and cattery, with a dog rescue attached, where I quickly rose to a senior member of staff. I also gained a certificate in Pet Sitting and Dog Walking.

I adore animals and have wanting to dedicate my working life since teachers started asking us ‘what do you want to be when you grow up?’. Without fail I’d state that I wanted to rescue and look after animals.

I offer a professional, trustworthy and caring service with extensive experience of caring for cats, dogs and other small animals of all ages and their many different personalities, quirks and needs.

I am happy to administer non injectable medications and have experience with many types of medications and supplements.

While in my care your pet will be treated as family. Should you have a nervous pet that needs a no pressure, on their own terms environment or a loves fuss, confident, playful, always on the go pet they will have their needs respected and fulfilled.

Other jobs such as plant watering, placing any post into an area of your choice, putting bins out on bin day etc. can be done on request.
